Real Estate Studies are one of the core areas in the Real Estate and Facilities – Management and Technology programme at RPTU. As part of the Department of Civil Engineering, we explore research opportunities that combine business management and technology. Our focus is on digital real estate management using machine learning, as well as the development and operation of sustainable neighbourhoods and buildings. We collaborate with interdisciplinary research and practice partners.
Teaching contents include real estate management, real estate finance, investment and valuation as well as real estate development and due diligence.
